Loadscan exhibiting at Austalia’s largest mining event
Loadscan will be exhibiting for the first time at the International Mining and Resources Conference & Expo (IMARC) in Melbourne on 28-31 October 2019 on booth A6.
Loadscan, the pioneers behind volumetric measurement, will be showcasing their original load volume scanner (LVS) and the new conveyor volume scanner (CVS) demonstrating how they provide fast, accurate measurement and powerful reporting enabling you to get the full picture of what’s being extracted and optimise production and profits.
IMARC 2019 covers the entire mining supply chain, from exploration, to investment, production to optimisation through to new technologies and global opportunities. Alongside brand-new conferences on energy, the environment, workforce engagement as well as mine and plant optimisation.
Loadscan’s LVS system will increase trucking factors, maximise truck utilisation, eliminate wasteful haul-back, improve bottom line and gain an auditable, indisputable data trail.
Mine trucks are scanned by driving below an elevated scan head. The LVS is the original patented non-contact, automated ‘drive-through’ truck load measurement system. It takes the guess work out of accounting for bulk materials and is fully automated with an RFID tag reader to automatically identify trucks and trailers. Special, mining specific software reports every detail of every load, and provides 3D profiles, which you can use to train loader operators and truck drivers to optimise loading.
Loadscan’s new CVS precisely measures and reports on bulk flow to give the ultimate production control. The CVS allows you to make better decisions based on accurate, real-time data feeds. And monitor and operate your conveyor belt on the fly, wherever you are. It supplies volume measurement, reports tonnes per hour, and can be programmed to start job and stop belt when your target volume/tonnes are reached.
Loadscan’s LVS and CVS products are exported globally with mining customers in Canada, USA, Australia, Mexico, Mongolia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Russia, Senegal, Zambia, Switzerland, Germany, the Philippines and Indonesia.
IMARC is Australia’s largest mining event. Bringing together over 6,000 decision makers, mining leaders, policy makers, investors, commodity buyers, technical experts, innovators and educators from over 90 countries for four days of learning, deal-making and unparalleled networking.
